Our 2025 Milestones: A Year of Progress and Positive News

On December 12, we celebrated our 26th anniversary as a company. With this trajectory, we took a moment to reflect on the path we’ve traveled and recognize a year marked by new Makers, clients joining our journey, achievements we take pride in, and horizons we continue to expand within the technology landscape. Below, we share some of the most relevant milestones from 2025.


An experience that grows year after year


Over these 26 years, we have strengthened our expertise and deepened our specialization in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry. Thanks to a client portfolio that includes leading institutions such as Scotiabank, Santander, and MetLife, along with high-value technological developments and highly skilled teams, we have supported the industry’s growth and consolidated our role as a strategic partner. In addition, our expertise in critical technology roles and regional talent management enables us to deploy teams in record time, ensuring continuity, security, and scalability in our services.


We continue to grow externally and internally


During 2025, we participated in 19 international events, connecting with key clients and prospects. Our teams from the United States, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Europe represented Imagemaker in high-impact industry spaces.


Beyond our presence at events, our Makers are the driving force behind our company. Bringing in new professionals specialized in leading technologies is essential to advancing our clients’ business goals. This year, we welcomed five new industry leaders: SURA, Terminal Pacífico Sur Valparaíso (TPS), La Araucana, Establishment Labs, and Consalud. We also established a new strategic partnership that will enable the development of highly personalized experiences powered by artificial intelligence.


An event that energized us at the start of the year


On April 2nd-3rd, we participated in the "10° Congreso América Digital" in Santiago, Chile, where we connected with and reinforced our presence in digital transformation, technological innovation, and applied artificial intelligence ecosystem. With an interactive booth that attracted more than 200 visitors, we generated valuable conversations and reinforced our core message: we drive AI with a clear business purpose.


A happier and more conscious Imagemaker


This year, we also strengthened our internal culture. For the second consecutive year, we earned the “Happy Company” certification from the Buk survey, remaining in the Top 20 even as the sample size increased from 93 to 118 companies. Our Net Happiness Score rose by 2.07 points compared to the previous year, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to the well-being of our Makers.


In terms of sustainability, we continued to expand our social responsibility footprint: we reached 354 trees planted in partnership with Fundación Reforestemos, supported communities through Aldeas Infantiles SOS, and managed the responsible disposal of 175 kg of electronic waste in collaboration with Electrónica Circular.


Looking to the future


2025 was a year full of progress, commitments, and new challenges. As a result, we are preparing to welcome 2026 with even greater expectations, strengthening our role as leaders in the technology industry and as the strategic partner that drives our clients’ growth.
