At Imagemaker, we believe that the happiness of our team is an essential part of our culture and strategy. For this reason, for the second year in a row, we participated in Buk’s Building Happiness survey, a measurement designed to assess the level of well-being and satisfaction within organizational teams. This initiative, which uses the Net Happiness Score indicator, makes it possible to identify opportunities for improvement and recognize companies that place people at the center of their decisions.

This year, we reached a record level of participation: 77.93% of our Makers completed the survey in just two weeks, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuing to build a better workplace experience together. In addition, we maintained our position in the Top 20 happiest mid-sized companies, which is a source of great pride—especially considering that the number of participating companies increased from 93 to 118. We also improved our Net Happiness Score by 2.07 points compared to the previous year, reaffirming that we are on the right track.

Another important milestone is that we improved our results across the four pillars measured by the survey: engagement, recognition, sustainability, and well-being. The latter stood out in particular, reaching 83.4%, reflecting an environment where care for people is a genuine priority shared across the entire organization.

In this regard, Katherine Sepúlveda, People Experience Lead, commented: “Our results confirm that we are on the right path. That’s why it is essential to continue strengthening the practices that foster a culture where happiness and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. The feedback each Maker provides through their responses is key to helping us keep improving.”

These results reflect an organization that places the Maker at the center—one that listens, adapts, and builds alongside its people. Thanks to this commitment, we received the “Happy Company” certification for the second consecutive year, a recognition that reinforces our purpose of continuing to cultivate a positive, approachable culture focused on the well-being of those who make everything we achieve possible.

Participating in this measurement is essential, as it allows us to make decisions based on what our Makers feel and think. It provides valuable insights to identify our strengths, recognize areas for improvement, and design actions that directly impact each Maker’s experience.

We firmly believe that a culture of happiness is built not only through intention, but also through active listening and concrete action.
