At Imagemaker, we believe that the happiness of everyone on our team is an essential part of our culture. That’s why, as has become tradition, we participated for the third consecutive year in Building Happiness, an assessment conducted by BUK that allows us to understand how the Makers experience life at the company and, based on their responses, identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and new challenges so we can continue building together.

Rather than simply focusing on the results from previous years, this initiative invites us to actively listen to each team and understand their perspectives on different aspects of their work experience. Their responses give us an opportunity to better understand our current reality and continue strengthening our culture that puts people at the center.

This year, we achieved a 69.25% participation rate, giving us a representative view of the experience of the Makers. Based on this assessment, we achieved an overall NHS score of 77.98%, placing us in the “Good” rating category and ranking us 21st among participating mid-sized companies. In addition, this ranking means we continue to be recognized among the companies with the strongest results, with the number of organizations assessed increasing from 118 in 2025 to 148 in 2026.

All of this work allowed us to once again earn our Happy Company Certification, a recognition that places us within a community of more than 1,400 organizations across Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. This certification recognizes the journey we have taken, while also representing a commitment to continuing to create a workplace where people are at the heart of everything we do every day.

Earning this certification once again makes us incredibly proud, but it also motivates us to keep moving forward. For us, organizational happiness is not a goal that can be achieved just once; it is an ongoing effort that requires listening, commitment, and concrete action. That’s why we will continue paying close attention to the results, identifying the areas where we can improve, and developing action plans that allow us to keep strengthening our practices.

Katherine Sepúlveda, People Experience Lead, shares: “It is very valuable for our culture that Building Happiness has become an increasingly established process and that our Makers continue to participate year after year. Their participation helps us understand what we are doing well and where we need to focus our efforts to keep improving. We believe that culture is something we experience and build together, which is why it is essential to create these spaces to listen to their experiences and opinions and, as an organization, commit to working year after year to continue being a Happy Company.”

Our commitment and goals for the future are clear: keep listening to the Makers, creating spaces where their opinions are valued and can be translated into concrete actions. Because we believe that a happy culture is something we build together, and that every person plays a fundamental role in making Imagemaker a better place to work.

We will continue moving forward with the conviction that, day by day, we can build an experience that is connected, healthy, and happy.
