In August, Imagemaker celebrated the incorporation of Jerónimo García to the company's board of directors, which has so far comprised five members. Jerónimo is a Civil Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with an MBA from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. With more than 18 years of experience, Jerónimo began his career in Technology and Innovation working for Entegris in Silicon Valley (USA) in the development of new markets, to later specialize in Corporate Finance leading complex international M&A operations, financial restructurings, issuance of corporate bonds and joint ventures, among others, for local and international companies such as BTG Pactual, Deloitte and Clínica Las Condes.
His arrival takes place in the context of the 3-year anniversary of the implementation of the globalization plan of the Chilean technology consultancy specializing in digital solutions, which has managed to open international markets in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
In this regard, Lionel Olavarría, CEO and shareholder of Imagemaker, commented: “Jerónimo arrives at a time when the company's globalization is beginning to yield good results. Their experience and contribution will be essential for Imagemaker to triple its size within three years in a financially sustainable manner.”
