We show you our form of 360º recognition that is part of the strategy focused on Makers:
1. Star platform
All Makers can congratulate their peers for their achievements and work performance across the company by awarding them a star associated with one of the behaviors of the corporate values: Passion, Nobility and Overcoming.
In this way, they can publicly acknowledge individual and/or group work, which encourages trust in all collaborators and makes them feel committed and integrated.
2. Maker of the year
Every year we highlight the collaborator who best represents the Maker spirit, that is, the one who lives corporate values to the fullest, meets its objectives, helps the team to constantly improve, makes a difference among their peers, has good references from their leader and participates of internal activities. This Maker wins an all-inclusive trip to the place of his choice!

3. Maker Values
Along the same lines, annually the Makers elect three partners one for each value, in a vote open to all. In a ceremony within the first All Makers Meeting of the year, the results of the voting are delivered.
