Last Friday, March 5, the second version of the All Makers Meeting was held, a biannual meeting in which all Imagemaker collaborators meet to know the results of the previous semester and to know the goals of the company for the next period.
This time the meeting was totally different. At the beginning of the meeting, Lionel Olavarría, CEO of Imagemaker, communicated the surprise that he was going with Loreto Naranjo to the house of the winner of the Maker of the year, which until that moment was a mystery who would get the recognition.
Below we share the highlights of the meeting:
Quest, the new maker recognition program:
This initiative was announced at the All Makers Meeting, which seeks to recognize the best Makers for their performance and contribution to the team.
Everyone can participate, however, those who stand out will be part of the Hero Guild, a group that will receive annual benefits.
Maker Value Award
Days before the meeting, the makers nominated the colleagues who they consider best represent the values of Passion, Overcoming, and Nobility. At the meeting, a live vote was held to define the winner in each category.
Each of them was recognized with an amount of 1,500 USD to travel to the destination of their choice.
The scope of the company during the past year was announced. Despite having been a year full of contingencies, Imagemaker was able to grow and achieve its goals.
The route that the company will follow in the coming months was shared, in which each one of the makers is a fundamental part of its success.
Change of corporate image
After more than 10 years with the traditional red and black logo, Imagemaker radically changes its image for one that represents the growth that the company has had.
The maker of the year
The meeting ended when Lionel and Loreto unexpectedly knocked on the door of Liliana Castellanos, who was recognized for standing out with her maker spirit.
Her leaders presented her with the recognition of 2,500 USD to redeem on a dream trip.
