Preparation of technical documentation for the Development, Quality, and Production environment, in addition to the transmission of payroll payment receipts


FAST AND OPTIMIZED INTEGRATIONS

In 2021 we worked on the implementation of an internal project, developing more than 45 software integrations, carrying out the testing process with "Junit Test", preparing the technical documentation, and installing Development, Quality, and Production environments in the Red Hat OpenShift service BUS in Azure (ARO).


We carry out the DevOps process with the GIT source code repository, executing continuous integration and deployment processes.


An integration project is executed that will improve the internal process of transferring the information collected in the ServiceNow information system to the BI database.


At the same time, we have been supporting the process of continuous improvement, adjusting bugs in the different integrations deployed in OpenShift ARO or refactoring some processes that require improvements in response times or updates to Apache Camel components that require intervention in the integrations.


ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Quality coverage is between 90% and 95% quality in the testing process.

  • Transmit between 70 and 75 thousand XML files to the Endpoints designated by the DIAN for delivery.

  • Visualize in different dashboard reports related to surveys, service response times, and different statistics related to the help desk.

  • Digitization and real-time transmission of payroll through SAP Enterprise Resource Planning

  • The project mainly allowed the airline to comply with resolution number 00063 of July 30, 2021, issued by the DIAN, avoiding sanctions and fines, additionally digitizing and transmitting in real time the payroll and news of Avianca employees with the help of SAPEnterprise Resource Planning.
