Client migration and minimize churn
When our client merged with another banking company, it had to integrate the IT infrastructure of both institutions and migrate millions of customer accounts. To avoid losing customers during migration, a world-class banking portal was created.
Assembling the team project
Imagemaker assembled a team of architects, engineers, and designers for this project. 16 Makers worked closely with 4 members of the customer team from start to finish, starting with customer discovery and then going through design, development, and data migration.
A new standard for banking
The collaboration between the two gave rise to the largest corporate banking portal in Chile. It can be accessed in the cloud and at the Bank's local facility. Additionally, the team created a library of reusable components that can be used by the bank's teams around the world.
