Our 2025 Responsibility Footprint: Technology, Sustainability, and Community

As a technology partner to major leaders in the BFSI industry (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance), at Imagemaker we are aligned with our clients not only in their technological and business challenges but also in our shared values. We believe, as they do, that innovation and growth must go hand in hand with sustainability and social commitment.

During 2025, we strengthened our corporate social responsibility (CSR) approach by driving initiatives that promote education, environmental stewardship, and technological sustainability.

Computer Donation to Aldeas Infantiles SOS

On October 13, the Support and People & Culture teams joined forces to carry out an initiative that combines innovation and solidarity. Through the donation of laptops, we supported Aldeas Infantiles SOS in launching a financial literacy program for young people, providing them with practical tools for an independent and empowered life.

This contribution not only gives a second life to the refurbished technological equipment but also promotes autonomy and development among the professionals of tomorrow.

A Greener Future with Fundación Reforestemos

Since 2023, we have aligned ourselves with the mission of Fundación Reforestemos, an organization dedicated to restoring native ecosystems and promoting forest conservation. In 2025, we strengthened this partnership with a new initiative we’re proud of: for every new Maker who joins Imagemaker, we donate a native tree.

Additionally, this year some of our Makers participated in a reforestation volunteer event at the Viña del Mar Botanical Garden, sharing a meaningful day of connection with nature and collaborative work. To date, this alliance has enabled us to donate over 340 native trees, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable and responsible growth.

Responsible Recycling and Circular Economy

In line with our environmental commitment, the Support team led a technology recycling program in partnership with Electrónica Circular, processing 175 kg of unused hardware in compliance with Chilean environmental regulations. The process included weighing, classification, disassembly, destruction, storage, and final disposal—ensuring full traceability and responsible management of electronic waste.
