As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and the development of a strong organizational culture at Imagemaker, we’ve launched a new initiative aimed at strengthening our leadership model. This transformation journey will be guided by Regenera, a consulting firm specialized in organizational development, with whom we’ve started working in a collaborative partnership.

“Rather than simply seeking a vendor, our mission was to find a strategic partner to support us throughout both the diagnostic phase and the future leadership roadmap. The team conducted an in-depth review of consulting firms, narrowing it down to three finalists. Through a collaborative selection process, we chose Regenera. Their partners, Pedro and Ernesto, embody everything we were looking for. Their intrinsic Maker culture allows for open, fluid communication without compromising the rigor a process of this magnitude demands. With humility, we are embarking on a process of introspection to identify our strengths and, most importantly, the areas where we must grow toward a more human, forward-looking leadership model—one that drives us toward our long-term goals,” said Raimundo Hartmann, People & Culture Manager.
The initiative kicked off with an in-person session where Regenera representatives Ernesto Neves and Pedro Arteaga joined Makers from various areas for an opening workshop. This session helped align expectations, introduce the methodology, and reinforce the purpose behind the process.

We are now in the deep-dive diagnostic phase, which will help us better understand our current leadership dynamics at Imagemaker. This stage includes structured interviews, focus groups, observation of meetings, document analysis, and an internal survey. The goal is to gather valuable insights that will serve as a foundation for collaboratively defining the core pillars of the leadership model we need to meet our strategic challenges.
We firmly believe that fostering conscious, collaborative leadership aligned with our values is essential to achieving the goals we’ve set for the future. This initiative is part of a broader vision to strengthen our organizational culture, empower internal talent, and build a work environment where Makers can grow and contribute from the best version of themselves.
We’ll continue to share updates on this journey, which represents an opportunity to evolve together and build—intentionally and with purpose—the future we envision.
