Immiland, a company specializing in migrations to Canada, faced the challenge of turning a viral explosion on social media into sustainable business growth. With the image of a successful woman in Canada as their brand, the challenge was to achieve an annual revenue of 5 million dollars in just two years.

 

How We Supported the Client:

In 2023, Imagemaker stepped in to address this challenge by working on an innovative application that revolutionized how they managed their clients. The application included a CRM system and a client portal that allowed them to monitor the status of their services, as well as a direct communication channel with the Inmiland team.

 

In the same year, the team was strengthened with a resource development cell, incorporating a Backend expert Maker. This professional was instrumental in structuring the database and creating the foundations of the application. Later on, Marta Aranguiz, an expert in UX and UI, joined the team, leading the creation of designs, wireframes, and real prototypes, as well as managing user needs and deciding when to implement new features.

 

Additionally, we implemented online document translation for clients, an internal messaging system, an online store, and improved code quality through quality testing automation with an expert QA, ensuring continuous and error-free service.
